How do I book an appointment?

Do you take walk-ins?
We do our best to accommodate last-minute requests, but most services require a scheduled appointment with a licensed provider. Call us and we’ll try to fit you in.
Do I have to put a card on file?
For most medical aesthetic services (injectables, advanced facial treatments, cryo, etc.), yes — a card is required to reserve your time with a provider. This protects that provider’s schedule and ensures we can honor everyone’s time.
Cancellations, Reschedules & No-Shows

Memberships
Do you offer memberships?
Yes. We offer memberships designed to help you maintain results consistently and save money. Members receive perks like priority booking, rollover options, and exclusive member-only pricing. (beautybarmedspa.com)
What are the membership terms?
- 3-month minimum commitment
- 30-day notice required to cancel
- Treatments are non-transferable
- You get priority booking for services
- You can roll over up to 2 unused treatments per month
- You can bank tox units or membership dues for up to 4 months

Can I pause my membership?

Gift Cards
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes. Gift cards make incredible “hint gifts” for birthdays, holidays, or just “you deserve this.” You can purchase them for services or products.
Do gift cards expire?

Are gift cards refundable?

Can I use a gift card for anything?

Can I buy a gift card with a gift card?

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
Do you offer refunds on services?
Because our services are professional, hands-on, and often medical/aesthetic in nature, treatment fees are generally not refundable once a service has been performed.
What is your product return policy?
- Unused merchandise may be returned for refund or credit within 30 days of purchase
- The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition
- Opened products are not returnable
- A restocking fee of up to 35% may apply to eligible items

Do you have a rewards program?

Do rewards apply to everything?

Is this a medical spa or a day spa?
We’re both wellness and medical aesthetics. That means you can come for relaxation (salt room, red light therapy, sound bath, IV hydration, detox, etc.) and for advanced clinical results (injectables, laser, cryoslimming, corrective facials, body contouring).
